About Me

I live in Antioch, CA, which is about 50 miles east of San Francisco. I was widowed in 2014 but was happily married to my husband for 13 years. We were together for over 25 years. I have 4 kids, 6 grandkids, and an American Pit Bull Terrier named Dex and a cat named Smog.

I am retired/disabled since my stroke in 2006. I am a stroke survivor. I am lucky enough to have been able to recover almost completely. They told my husband that I would never walk, talk or care for myself, but look at me now! I still don’t have my right hand back to working right, but that is a small price to pay. I feel like I live a good life, I can do my art and my crafting every day.

When I am not doing my genealogy research, you would find me creating Mixed Media projects, creating scrapbooks pages, or creating rubber-stamped cards.

My main hobbies are Scrapbooking, Rubber Stamping, Paper Crafts, and Mixed Media Art.
